Instruction for Camera-ready submission(Closed)

1.Instruction for Camera-ready submission

All accepted papers must submit Camera-ready version. The Camera-ready submission deadline: Sep.15, 2023. Please follow the following instructions to finish the Camera-ready submission.

-File 1: The pdf version of your final manuscript with a file name:

"ID_FinalVersion_Corresponding Author.pdf", e.g., "100_FinalVersion_Biao Luo.pdf."

-File 2: The source file with a file name:

If you use the LaTeX template: "ID_SourceFiles_Corresponding Author.zip".

If you use the WORD template: "ID_SourceFiles_Corresponding Author.doc/docx/rtf".

-File 3: The signed Copyright form with a file name: "ID_Copyright_Corresponding Author.pdf".

Then, submit your files through EasyChair system , by following EasyChair system submission instructions.

Meanwhile, compress all files into one zip file with a file name "ID_Camera-ready_Corresponding Author.zip", and send it to conference email: iconip2023@126.com with an email subject: "ID_Camera-ready_Corresponding Author".

2. Important Notes:

-Revise your paper according to reviewer's comments.

-Prepare your pdf and source files using the following templates:

-Sign the Copyright form and scan it into a pdf file. Please note that digital signature is not acceptable. You can download Copyright form and its fill Instructions here:

3. Other Notes:

-All accepted papers should be registered by one author. Otherwise, the paper will not be published. The registration deadline: Sep. 15, 2023. Please refer to Registration page for details:

-There is NO limit for page length of accepted papers. Page length larger than 12 (>12) is encouragable.

-Each accepted paper can have 12 pages free of charge (included in the registration fee), while additional pages are allowed by paying extra page charges for 100 USD each page.

-The publishers will reject the paper if the paper is too short, e.g., less than 10 pages.

4. Must use the correct last name and first name

Please note that your last name is the family name and we must have your correct use of last name and first name in order to have your paper indexed correctly.

5. About the Publishers

Like previous years, the Proceedings are proposed to be published in the Springer series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS). We are also negotiating with various journals to publish some selected papers in a special issue of an SCI indexed journal.
